Beard Microblading Main Image

Cosmetic Beard Tattooing.

Cosmetic Beard tattooing or Beard Microblading is creating a design or art around the patches of the beard or mustache on places where it is hard for men or transgender men to generate hair. Usually, men are frustrated if they are unable to have a complete beard on their faces or if they are unable to get a complete mustache.

Types of Cosmetic Beard Tattooing.

Densification
This is what most clients need. If the hair grows more or less evenly throughout the facial hair area, but it lacks density and volume, you can get the entire area densified with a beard tattoo. The marks that look like hair will be added between the natural ones, creating an illusion of more density.
Parse Patch Camouflage
Another very common facial hair imperfection that can be fixed with a cosmetic beard tattoo. Many men have bald patches in their beard, and it’s why some of them are reluctant to grow a beard. A cosmetic beard tattoo can fill in these patches and blend them into the natural hairs.
Shape Modification
Some clients come in wanting the shape of their facial hair modified. The natural outline sometimes ends too close to the jaw line, and they want it brought up a bit higher. The outline of facial hair can transform the face and enhance its overall look, so it can definitely make anyone look more attractive. It can give the illusion of sharper cheekbones. Some men like the groomed look and they want the outline of their facial hair very sharp. This minor tweak can also be made with a beard tattoo.
Scar Camouflage
Hair doesn’t grow on scar tissue, so men who have scars in the facial hair area don’t like growing out their beard, as they’ll have bald patches. Scar, including cleft lip scarring, can be camouflaged with a beard tattoo very realistically.
Total Reconstruction
Then, there are clients who don’t have any hair and want a total beard reconstruction. The look of the entire beard can be recreated for clients with alopecia, those going through gender affirmation, cancer patients once they’re out of chemo, etc.

Setup, Consultation and Procedure

To setup an appointment, we charge a straight fee of $50 (applied towards cost of procedure w/in 3 months). This fee is non refundable and this will help us to get the supplies and hold the 3 hour slot on our calender for you to come in for the consultation and 1st appointment. Most of our clients ask us to go ahead and start the procedure after the consultation.

Consultations are mandatory before any first time cosmetic beard tattooing procedure. This is true even (especially) if you’ve had it done somewhere else.

We assess your skin type and condition, relevant medical background, lifestyle, goals, desires, and any upcoming special events that affect your scheduling. We’ll then discuss the various treatment methods available, the pros and cons of each as they apply to you personally, and any preparation you’ll want to do in order to maximize your results.

Come to the consultation with an open mind. Social sites like Instagram have created enormous misunderstanding and misinformation around buzzwords like "cosmetic beard tattooing", leading clients to too often ask for the wrong thing and walk away disappointed.

Before you come for the consultation, please click on the download forms button below and download the form, fill it and sign it. You will also fill the medical form during the consultation.

After the procedure is done, we will provide you with the post care instructions and take home package.
